Delivery, Shipping, and Return Policy

Pick up orders available at any of my upcoming markets. Simply message me with your order and the market you want to pick up at. 

I offer local delivery for purchases $30 and above for Halifax Peninsula and Dartmouth area. Just send me a message to place your order. If you are unsure if your address is covered please reach out and I'll confirm or try my best to accommodate/figure something out with you. 

Shipping is set up for parcels. If you are ordering only samples please send me a message and I will quote a shipping rate for mailers with Canada Post and create a separate listing for you. 

If there is an issue with the package/products upon arrival:

• Please contact me as soon as possible if there are any issues with the package or product. Please send me a message with pictures and details of the issue and we will do our best to resolve the situation.  

Should you want to return the order for any reason:

• We accept returns within 2 weeks of package arrival as long as the product is unopened and still in original packaging. The customer must contact us with the order details within 2 weeks and would be responsible for the return postage; store credits will be issued once we receive the returned package.
